Cumulative Association of Five Genetic Variants with Prostate Cancer

Single-nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) in five chromosomal regions have been associated with prostate cancer. Each SNP has only a moderate association, but when SNPs are combined, the association may be stronger.
