Grappling with traumatic brain injury

Traumatic brain injury, sustained by soldiers in the battlefield, is explored in an Editorial. While acknowledging improved trauma care in battle, the Editorial says an acceptable quality of life may be another matter, and looks the difficulties with the science behind the condition.
